In this episode of my podcast, I want to highlight the significance of the Monday review. As a real estate high performance coach, I believe in taking just 15 minutes to reflect on the past week's results. I contrast this approach with the more traditional yearly review, urging for a practical quarterly business plan accompanied by regular reviews. Drawing parallels from my experience in golf, particularly the Tiger Slam, I encourage fellow real estate agents to concentrate on achieving four successful quarters rather than becoming overly fixated on annual results. Let's remember to stay mindful of our numbers and the positive impact that focusing on the process can have in our profession.
