Before I became a coach, I had the privilege of working with McGrath, Australia’s largest residential real estate agency. I oversaw 27 company-owned offices, including 148 lead agents, across the country. This experience, coupled with my roles as a sales manager, principal, and executive, has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within our industry.
